ÉDOUARD GUILLAUD
Chairman of the board
Former-chief of the general staff headquarters of the Armies, rear-Admiral Guillaud has closely served three French Presidents. With a keen interest in strategy, and decisive expertise in new technologies and cybersecurity, he is one of the founder of Hippocampe Agency.
He is Grand Officer of National Order
of the Legion of Honour.
ANNE BIMAR
Managing director
Former lawyer, Anne Bimar has first served as associate in consulting firms before founding her own. She is a specialist in strategic advisory as much as in governance and business management. She is currently auditor at the prestigious Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN, Institute of Advanced Studies in National Defence).
PATRICE ALLAIN-DUPRÉ
Managing director
Patrice Allain-Dupré has been member of the board of several multinational compagnies including Fnac, Publicis, Alcatel-Alstom and AXA-Midi. He is a former lecturer at Science Po Paris and École Polytechnique. Patrice Allain-Dupré pioneered competitive and strategic intelligence in France and Europe, and is one of the founder of Hippocampe Agency.Patrice Allain-Dupré is Knight of the National Order of the Legion of Honour.
BRUNO CLÉMENT-BOLLÉE
Member of the Strategic Committee
In forty years of service for the French Army, General Clément-Bollée primarily served on the African continent. He is a recognized expert in crisis management and strengthening of stability. Bruno Clément-Bollée also served key functions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and for the French Presidency.
He is Commander
of the Legion of Honour.
ALAIN JUILLET

Alain Juillet was Director of Intelligence at the DGSE and creator of the Economic Intelligence pole in the French administration. A graduate of Berkeley and Stanford, he has been a company director in large international groups, and is one of the founders of the Hippocampe Agency. He is Commander of the Legion of Honor.
JEAN-JACQUES NEUER

Doctor of Law, lawyer at the Paris Bar, and solicitor for England & Wales, Jean-Jacques Neuer heads an international law firm at the forefront of business criminal law and art law. As a partner of Hippocampe Agency, he is also interested in cases outside of France.
CHRISTINE DEMESSE
Associate
Christine Demesse has had a diversified career as senior public servant and in the public sector before leading her own consulting firm. She supports executive directors in the structuration of their compagnies and development strategies in France and worldwide. She holds strategic positions in some multinationals in parallele to her benevolent activities, including the presidency of the alumni of the École nationale d'administration (ENA, National School of Administration) between 2011 and 2017.
She is Knight of the Legion of Honor and Colonel in the French Army's reserve.

RONAN DUMAS-LABBÉ
Consultant
Ronan Dumas-Labbé is in charge of analysis of French, European and international politics, as much as the economic and geopolitical prospective in areas where our firm operates. He graduated from McGill University and currently studies in African Politics at the University of London-SOAS aside his work at Hippocampe Agency.
